⇢ Blue's Jigglypuff doesn't because of the Masked Man, and that's probably why mine don't either.

What he learned:
⇢ This is just mostly a sense of calm and awe. I thought I was dead and instead I got to see something amazing.

THIS SKILL IS EXACTLY WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE. He could already steal things, but now he has the sneakiness to pull it off without people realizing what he's doing. He can't do anything like mask his presence in a supernatural sense, but in a purely non-magical, non-superhuman way, he's really good at being stealthy.
