SKILL: how does I Pokémon (advanced)
Gained from Snow's skill share game.
⇢ Covers Pokémon from Sinnoh and Hoenn in detail, more complicated battle strategies, better knowledge of advanced evolution techniques, etc. Basically Silver now has all the trainer knowledge he'd have in canon back, save for his "special" skills (read: encyclopedic knowledge of trading and trade-based evolution).
