SKILL: thievery/lockpicking/general illegal activities

⇢ He hasn't gotten his stealthy ninja skills back, though, so no stealing in broad daylight for him (yet).
POKEMON: Sneasel (lv 46 ♂)

⇢ Despite having Sneasel back, Silver cannot currently use him to his full potential, as he has not regained all of his trainer skills.
⇢ Technically, at the point I'm pulling Silver from (HGSS), Sneasel has evolved. However, due to Aather power limitations and the fact that I don't have access to the chapter where the evolution takes place, I decided that Weavile is back to being a Sneasel. H-hopefully no one minds. He can always re-evolve in Aather!
